"Don't go to this this shop. We purchased a small nilkamal cabinet which had issues in fitment as it's lower doors were not closing. The store didn't send assembler instead ask us to bring the almirah that they will change it.when we reached the shop they denied changing and interchanged doors that somewhat made it work but still with lots of friction. We still demanded change as it was not smooth at all but shopowner argued it's plastic and these things we should forgo and all. Then we raised issue with nilkamal customer care and got much favorable response and change of part. So if you buy from this shop and furniture has issues the owner will not support beware. I have bill and all the communication for proof."
